Recipe Ingredients for Baked steak with garlic vegetables

16 ounce cube steaks
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 orange bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Baked steak with garlic vegetables

Chop the veg, sprinkle with oregano and parsley and a bit of the garlic powder, toss in olive oil. Sprinkle the steaks with a touch of salt, the remaining garlic powder, and freshly ground black pepper, and bake all together in preheated oven (350 degrees) Bake until no longer pink in the center and veg are tender.
