Recipe Ingredients for Baked Spuds

8 new potatoes
3 oz cheddar cheese
7 g crumbled bacon bits
1 T chives

Recipe Directions for Baked Spuds

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and cut in half. Arrange in a small oven proof dish. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the top. Sprinkle with bacon (preferably cooked, drained and crumbled by yourself - 1 slice ought to do). Bake in the oven until cheese is incredibly melted. Top with chives.
