Recipe Ingredients for Baked Spinach souffle

20 oz spinach
1 medium onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 cups fat free yogurt
4 oz goat cheese
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Baked Spinach souffle

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. 2 Coat 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan with cooking spray.

  3. 3 Prepare the frozen spinach according to package directions.

  4. 4 Coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Cook the garlic and onions 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

  5. 5 In large bowl, mix cooked spinach, onion and garlic mixture, yogurt, sour cream, cheddar cheese, eggs, egg whites, Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Transfer to baking dish.

  6. 6 Bake 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
