14 ounce artichoke hearts
10 ounce frozen chopped spinach
8 ounce low-fat plain yogurt
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup green onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp red pepper

Recipe Directions for baked spinach artichoke yogurt dip

combine drained/chopped artichoke hearts, thawed/drained spinach, yogurt, part-skim mizzarella cheese, chopped green onion, minced garlic, and put in 9 inch pie plate. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes. Then sprinkle with chopped red peppers. Serve with toasted bread or whole grain crackers.
