Baked Spaghetti with meat sauce, peperoni and Mozzarella

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Spaghettis with peperoni

1 tbsp Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured
16 oz Spaghetti
8 oz Spaghetti Sauce Meat
4 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 serving Original Pepperoni
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Spaghettis with peperoni

  1. First, boil your spaghetti and start pre heating your oven to 425.

  2. Once noodles are finished cooking, strain to remove all of the water.

  3. Pour spaghetti sauce in to a pan, (you may also add some pepperoni but save some for later in the recipe). Heat the mixture on medium until warmed.

  4. Spread spaghetti in casserole dish or greased baking pan. Put 2 teaspoons of margarine in noodles to prevent them from drying out in the oven. Toss the noodles with the margarine to coat evenly.

  5. Mix 8 oz. of sour cream and 8 oz. of cream cheese together in separate bowl. Then spread the mixture on top of the spaghetti. Layer pepperoni on top of the sour cream/cream cheese mixture. Add the meat sauce to the top of the mixture and put in the oven. Remove baked spaghetti after 25 minutes and sprinkle top generously with grated mozzarella cheese. Put it back in the oven and let the cheese melt and brown. Take it out, let it cool for about 5 minutes.... ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!
