Recipe Ingredients for Baked Spaghetti Squash

3 lb spaghetti squash
1 c water

Recipe Directions for Baked Spaghetti Squash

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cut squash length wise and place squash, cut side down, in a baking dish.

  2. Add 1/2 inch of water.

  3. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until squash is tender.

  4. Remove squash from water and cool.

  5. Remove the spaghetti-like strands by scraping squash with a fork.
