Easy spaghetti squash side. Add crumbled feta, black olives, and fresh basil if desired. From allrecipes.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Spaghetti Squash

6 cups spaghetti squash
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c chopped tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Spaghetti Squash

  1. Cut squash in half, place cut side down on greased baking sheet, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in skillet and saute remaining vegetables.

  3. Use a fork to shred squash. Add to saute pan and stir to combine. Season to taste. Toss with feta, olives, and basil if desired.
