Recipe Ingredients for Baked Spaghetti Squash with Chicken

2 cup Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa
200 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 cup Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
3 tsp Curry Powder
2 cube Bouillon Cubes
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Spaghetti Squash with Chicken

  1. Cooked the cubed chicken, bouillon cube, water, curry powder and mushrooms until the water is almost cooked away.

  2. Take the spaghetti squash and put it in the bottom of a pie plate or similar dish.

  3. Put the chicken mixture on the top of the spaghetti squash.

  4. Spread the salsa over the chicken mixture.

  5. Top with grated mozza cheese and parmesan cheese.

  6. Broil until the cheese is browned and a bit crunch.

  7. Let cook for a couple of minutes. Spoon onto a plate.

  8. Enjoy.

  9. You may add hot pepper flakes or cayenne pepper for some more zip.
