Recipe Ingredients for Baked Spaghetti Squash Casserole

2 3/4 lb spaghetti squash
28 oz canned whole tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions

Recipe Directions for Baked Spaghetti Squash Casserole

  1. Bake squash at 400 degrees for 1 hour after piercing skin with fork numerous time.

  2. Spray 11 x 16 inch dish with cooking spray.

  3. Place squash in bottom of pan.

  4. Put tomatoes and spices on top. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
