Easy casserole using fresh tomatoes and basil

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Spaghetti

6 oz. spaghetti noodles
4 large tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
3 leaves basil
1 1/2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Baked Spaghetti

  1. chop tomatoes into chunks

  2. arrange on a baking sheet

  3. drizzle with olive oil mixed with garlic and parsley

  4. bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees

  5. boil noodles and drain

  6. Add baked tomatoes, basil, remainder of olive oil, and melted butter

  7. toss and serve
