Easy meal that you can substitute sauce flavors and meat, or make meatless. Can add different fresh ingredients, too.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Spaghetti

1 lb hot italian sausage
26 1/2 oz spaghetti sauce, meatless, canned
4 oz mushroom stems and pieces
8 oz spaghetti, whole wheat
8 oz shredded mozarella cheese, part skim
1 med onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Baked Spaghetti

  1. Cook pasta to al dente.

  2. While pasta is remove sausage from casing and brown with onion and garlic in non stick pan. When brown add the mushrooms and sauce.
