Baked Soup Recipe

Makes 1 serving



Each portion is baked individually in a small stone pot. You can use any meat or any ingredients you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked soup

100 g lean beef
200 g potatoes
10 g leek
10 g celery
10 g carrot
1/2 tsp marjoram
1 g sea salt
1 g black pepper
1 tsp Sour Cream
1/4 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Baked soup

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius Degrees.

  2. Prepare the pots. I use Le Creuset Bean Pots and spray the bottom with oil.

  3. Cut potatoes and vegetables into small cubes and layer half of them on the bottom of a pot. Cut meat into very small pieces (do not mince it), put half of it on potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Add another layer of vegetables and meat and season again.

  4. Add a little bit of hot (not boiling) water just to the level of the last layer. Cover with lid and bake for 50 minutes.

  5. Add sour cream few minutes before the end.
