Recipe Ingredients for Baked Shrimp Scampi

2/3 cup butter (no substitutes)
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lbs. medium raw shrimp, shelled, devined

Recipe Directions for Baked Shrimp Scampi

  1. Thaw shrimp if frozen

  2. preheat oven to 450 degreesF

  3. Combine butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt in small saucepan and stir over low heat till melted and blended, and remove from heat

  4. Arrange shrimp in single layer in shallow baking dish

  5. Pour butter mixture over the shrimp and gently stir to make sure all are coated

  6. Bake in 450 degrees for 12-17 minutes or until shrimp are pink, curled and opaque
