Baked potato wedges with seasoning....great replacement for fries!!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Seasoned Potato Wedges

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
32 oz red potatoes

Recipe Directions for Baked Seasoned Potato Wedges

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges & place in 9x13 glass baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Mix with all other ingredients

  3. Back at 425F for 35 minutes
