Recipe Ingredients for Baked Seafood Salad

8 ounces crabmeat,flaked
1/4 pound cooked shrimp, chunked
1/2 medium green pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Baked Seafood Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, shrimp, bell pepper, onion, celery, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and salt: mix well.

  4. Spread the mixture into the baking dish.

  5. Top with bread crumbs. Spray with butter spray and sprinkle with paprika.

  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
