1 lbs of small scallops
3 tbs of margarine
1 tbs of minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for baked sea scallops

  1. lay scallops in baking pan

  2. melt butter and mix with spices

  3. lay over scallops

  4. top with mixture of bread crumbs and cheese
