Baked scallops with bread topping

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Scallops

1 pound bay scallops
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons butter
4 tablespoons half and half
2 tablespoons dried bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Baked Scallops

Mix flour and salt. Coat scallops and place in a casseoled sprayed with cooking spray. Pour half and half, butter and bread crumbs over top. Bake in the 450 degree oven for 20 minutes or until scallops are opaque and have a crust.
