Recipe Ingredients for Baked Sausage, Potatao & Apple

4 link Organic Chicken and Apple Sausage
3 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
3 medium apple Apples

Recipe Directions for Baked Sausage, Potatao & Apple

  1. Preheat Oven to 425

  2. Toss chopped potatoes with half of the herbs(thyme, sage,rosemary) in 1 TBSP olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  3. Reduce Oven to 400.

  4. Chop 4 sausage links into 1 inch pieces.

  5. Chop apples and combine with sausage. Toss with remaining herbs and olive oil.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 400.
