Recipe Ingredients for Baked Samosa

34 grams Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
0.17 package Recipe Creations Dough Sheet
17 grams Peas, Green
1/2 cup slices Carrots
11 1/10 grams White Onion
1 grams Garlic

Recipe Directions for Baked Samosa

  1. Skin and boil chopped potatoes carrots and onions until soft.

  2. Add peas

  3. Drain

  4. Add salt, black pepper, curry powder, turmeric, and cumin to taste.

  5. Add 1/3 cup water.

  6. Stir all ingredients until coated in yum yum spices.

  7. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  8. Cut seamless dough into 12 squares.

  9. Press squares into an ungreased muffin pan.

  10. Fill with delicious mixture.

  11. Pull four corners of the dough square over the top.

  12. Bake for 15-20 minutes until pastries are golden brown.

  13. Let cool.

  14. Nom nom.
