2 pounds salmon fillets
2 tablespoons horseradish, grated
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon white wine

Recipe Directions for Baked Salmon Vancouver

Whisk together horseradish, mustard, oyster sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, and wine. Marinate salmon in mixed sauces, covered and chilled, from 2 to 48 hours. Scrape off most of marinade and cut into serving pieces. Bake salmon in buttered dish in 350 degree oven 10-11 minutes, or until just cooked through.
