Baked salmon with onions, lemon and parsley

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Salmon Steaks with onion, lemon and parsley

2 cups Onion
2 T butter
2 T Lemon Juice
1 1/2 lb Salmon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Salmon Steaks with onion, lemon and parsley

  1. Saute onions in butter.

  2. Mix in parsley and lemon juice.

  3. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.

  4. Spread onion mix over salmon.

  5. Cover with tin foil, bake at 350 for 10 min.

  6. Uncover and bake 15-20 min longer.
