Recipe Ingredients for Baked Salmon with Spinach and Feta

30 oz. salmon fillets
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
3 scallions, sliced thinly
16 oz. frozen collards or spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Salmon with Spinach and Feta

  1. Blend cream cheese and feta with scallions

  2. Add collards or spinach, salt and pepper

  3. Place on top of fish and place in oven on 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until heated through
