24 ounces (side fillet whole) of salmon baked with lemon, salt, onions and pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Salmon

24 ounces sockeye salmon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon
1/2 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Baked Salmon

  1. Place salmon face up in baking dish or foil

  2. Apply lemon juice, salt and pepper

  3. Slice onion and place on top and around salmon fillet

  4. Bake (covered) at 350 until desired preparedness
