Recipe Ingredients for Baked Salmon Patties

1 can Salmon, Sockeye
0.33 cup, chopped Onions
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 slice, large Bread, Mixed-grain

Recipe Directions for Baked Salmon Patties

Heat oven to 375. Finely chop onion. Remove crust from bread, and tear the remaining bread into small pieces. Lightly beat egg, stir in bread and beat with a fork to mix well. Add onion, finely chopped. Drain liquid from Salmon and add to egg mixture. Form into seven patties, put onto sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Lightly spray the top of patties. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until brown.
