Quick, easy to prepare, and one of only two "fish" I'll eat.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Salmon Patties

14 1/2 oz. canned salmon
2 medium eggs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 dash garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Baked Salmon Patties

Drain salmon. Cook chopped celery and onion in microwave for 2 minutes at 50% power. Combine salmon, eggs, flour and pre-cooked celery & onion. Season with marjoram, parley and dash of garlic powder. Form into 9 flattened patties (approximately 3 inchesin diameter) and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes; turning with spatula and bake 10 minutes longer.
