Recipe Ingredients for Baked Salmon Loaf

14.75 oz BUMBLE BEE Pink Salmon
2 large Egg, White
1 serving White Wheat Bread
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
0.125 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tsp Seasoning Blend
0.3 oz Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.27 g Original Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Baked Salmon Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Drain and remove all skin and bones from salmon. Flake with a fork in a bowl. Shred up Bread into crumbs and add to salmon flakes, dice up onion, green pepper, and garlics. Stir in tablespoon of flour with egg whites to bind together.

  2. In a loaf pan spray with cooking spray. Pour salmon mixture into loaf pan. bake in oven for approx 30 minutes until set.
