Recipe Ingredients for Baked salmon fishcakes

15 oz salmon, mashed
1 (200g) boiled potato, mashed
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbs cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Baked salmon fishcakes

  1. Mash the canned salmon and add potato, egg whites, spring onions, cilantro and lemon juice.

  2. Mix everything together very well.

  3. Make the fishcakes, roll in bread crubms, put on a baking tray (spray with Pam or Fry Light) and bake in a 220C preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden. You may need to turn them around.
