Recipe Ingredients for Baked Salmon Dijon

24 oz Wild Pacific Salmon Portions
16 tbsp Light Sour Cream
2 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
6 Teaspoon Juice
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Baked Salmon Dijon

Whisk sour cream, dill, mustard, and lemon juice in bowl to blend. Preheat oven to 400. Lightly oil baking sheet with cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared sheet. Sprink with pepper then spread with the sauce. Bake salmon until just opaque in the center, about 20 mintues.
