Recipe Ingredients for baked salmon creams

280 g fresh salmon
300 ml double cream
2 large eggs
225 g smoked salmon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
400 g Lettuce
200 g cucumber
100 g spring onions
4 tsp lemon juice
4 tsp olive oil
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp mixed herbs

Recipe Directions for baked salmon creams

  1. In a blender, blend fresh salmon until its formed a pulp

  2. add 2 eggs and blend for a further minute

  3. add cream and blend once more.

  4. finally add salt and pepper and nutmeg to taste.

  5. set filling to one side.

  6. meanwhile

  7. grease 8 ramkin dishes and line with smoked salmon pieces.

  8. fill with salmon cream finishing with a lid of smoked salmon.

  9. Place in a oven dish and fill with hot water 3/4 of the way up the ramkin with boiling water.

  10. cook in preheated oven at 190 for 30 minutes.

  11. whilst salmon creams are baking

  12. in a bowl add leon juince, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add mustard and any herbs you wish to you.

  13. arrange salad leaves on a plate and drizzel ith lemon dressing. place bakes salmon cream on top of salad
