Recipe Ingredients for Baked Salmon with Coconut Crust

16 oz Alaskan Salmon
3 teaspoon Juice
1/2 cup Panko
4 tbsp Flaked Coconut
4 dash Salt, Table
4 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Baked Salmon with Coconut Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Rinse 4 (4 oz) salmon filets and pat dry, and brush with lime juice.

  3. In a shallow dish, combine 1/2cup panko, 1/2cup coconut.

  4. Coat each filet in crumb mixture, and place on baking pan.

  5. Sprinkle leftover mixture over filets and add few dashes of salt and pepper.

  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
