Baked noodles with spinach and zucchini

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Rotini

16 oz rotini
1 jar ragu
1 yellow onion
1 shredded zucchini
2 cups chopped spinach
1 lb ground turkey
4 cloves garlic
1 cup low fat mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Baked Rotini

  1. Boil noodles according to package

  2. Brown turkey with garlic, onion and zucchini

  3. Add sauce to meat, add spinach to meat sauce

  4. Layer noodles, meat sauce and cheese in a casserole dish

  5. Bake at 350 of 15 minutes or until cheese is melted
