Makes 3 servings

Baked with water, you can add olive oil on the plate (it's healthier if not heated).

Recipe Ingredients for Baked root veggies (baked on water!)

275 g onions
272 g carrots
210 g potatoes
239 g fennels
148 g tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1/2 g rosemary
1 dash pepper
1 dash salt
1 dash sage

Recipe Directions for Baked root veggies (baked on water!)

  1. Start heating the oven.

  2. Chop and mix veggies and put them in a pan with a little bit of water and the spices. Abound with the rosemary.

  3. Bake at 200 grades Celsius (392 grades Fahrenheit) until ready, which depends on the size of the vegetable pieces... If the water is just the right amount and the oven hot enough, the vegetables won't just be boiled but get crispy around the edges.

  4. If you eat fish, you can put some salmon pieces on the top towards the end (for as long as it takes for the salmon to be cooked).

  5. And/or add some fresh parsley and olive oil.
