Recipe Ingredients for Baked Root vegetables

184 grams parsnip
108 grams turnip
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper, ground
34 grams onion

Recipe Directions for Baked Root vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Dice all veggies and put in bowl.

  3. Toss with the oil, salt & pepper.

  4. Spread in baking dish and roast for about 45 minutes, turning once during baking.
