Baked Rigatoni with Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage, Maranara Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Rigatoni & Sausage

730 grams Tony's Maranara Sauce
4 serving Chicken Sausage Sundried Tomato W Provolone Cheese
230 grams Rigatoni Noodles
227 grams Mozzarella, Low Moisture, Part Skim, Shredded

Recipe Directions for Baked Rigatoni & Sausage

  1. 3 Cups (239g) Rigatoni Noodles

  2. I Jar 26 Oz (230g) Marinara Sauce

  3. 4 Chicken Sausage Links

  4. 2 Cups (227g) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  5. Boil Rigatoni till done

  6. Slice Sausages into 1/2 inch pieces

  7. Combine Maranara Sauce and Sausages in pan and simmer.

  8. When Rigatoni is done, add two ladles of pasta water to maramara sauce.

  9. Drain Noodles

  10. Reduce Maranara Sauce slightly.

  11. Combine Noodles to Maranara Sauce and Stir to mix.

  12. Sprinkle the Mozzarella Cheese on top of noodles

  13. Drizzle a little Olive Oil on top of cheese to help brown

  14. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes or untill Cheese is melted and browing
