Baked Rigatoni (not very healthy but oh so good)

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Rigatoni

16 oz Rigatoni
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
10 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
6.5 oz Sliced Mushrooms
3.5 oz Unico Sliced Black Olives
15 oz Crushed Tomatoes
2 link Beer Brats
2.25 cup Four Cheese Mexican Finely Shredded

Recipe Directions for Baked Rigatoni

cook rigatoni till al dente, cook brats until done and slice in half length wise then slice very thin. in a skillet dice bell pepper& onion add sliced mushrooms and black olives. cook until onions are transparent. then add fire roasted diced tomatoes & crushed tomatoes simmer for 10 mins. then in a 13x9 casserole dish combine the rigatoni & sauce (mix up gently) then top w/2.5 cups shredded cheese (I didn't have motzerella so I used mexican) bake on 350 for 30 mins. or until cheese is golden brown and enjoy!
