Recipe Ingredients for Baked Ricotta Cheese

8 oz part skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 salt
1 pepper
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1/2 mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Ricotta Cheese

  1. Beat egg

  2. Mix egg, ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese together

  3. Add seasoning to taste

  4. Spread in a baking dish (loaf pan works well)

  5. Spread marinara sauce over top

  6. Top with mozzarella cheese

  7. Bake @ 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes
