Rice pudding. This is the dry, baked kind with very little custard around the rice grains.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked rice pudding 2

1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.25 cup, packed Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Baked rice pudding 2

Combine everything, mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, stir, and then bake another 30 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
