Recipe Ingredients for Baked Rice with Dock

1 kg Dock
1 cup Rice
1 onion
400 g Yoghurt
14 g Butter

Recipe Directions for Baked Rice with Dock

  1. Put your freshly harvested Dock leaves into a just boiled pan of water, until they have wilted.

  2. Dry your Dock leaves in a towel.

  3. Put the butter in a baking dish.

  4. Then chop dock and put it with rice in baking dish.

  5. Put 3 glasses of water into the mix.

  6. Then bake for 20 minutes/250 C.

  7. When you don't see any water, mix the onion and butter and put them into the dish.

  8. Then bake again until top is yellow/brown.

  9. Tipp: You can also put red pepper.
