Recipe Ingredients for Baked Rice Dish

1 1/3 cup beer
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup brown rice
1/2 cup wild rice
2 t butter
1/2 t salt

Recipe Directions for Baked Rice Dish

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. In an oven-proof baking dish, boil fat and liquid on stove top.

  3. Mix in rice and sprinkle in table salt.

  4. Stir to mix completely.

  5. Cover tightly with foil and lid.

  6. Bake 1 hour or until liquid absorbed.

  7. Fluff, and serve.
