4 serving 3/4 cup cooked No Name Long Grain Brown Rice (1/4 cup dry)
2.5 serving No Name Reduced Sodium Beef Broth
1 serving Boathouse Farms Baby Carrots
4 serving No Name 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)

Recipe Directions for Baked Rice with Carrots

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Rice Rice

  3. Put rice in casserole dish and add olive oil, carrots, and hot broth.

  4. Stir the contents of the casserole and season to taste (greek seasoning?)

  5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to an hour.
