Recipe Ingredients for baked red snapper

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 teaspoon sugar
12 oz red snapper fillets, 4 fillets total

Recipe Directions for baked red snapper

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, broth, and sugar in a shallow casserole. arange snapper fillets in casserole in a singel layer.

  2. Bake 10 minutes, basting twice with the sauce, until fish is just opaque throughout.
