Baked Quinoa with Apples - Breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Quinoa with Apples

1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup water
2 eggs
5 tbsp. unsweetened apple sauce
1 pinch salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp chopped pecans
3/4 cup apple
1 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Baked Quinoa with Apples

Boil water then add quinoa, eggs, apple sauce, salt and cinnamon to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Pour into oven safe bowl and broil on low in oven for 7 minutes. Top with pecans, apple and honey.
