Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

15 oz pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups oats

Recipe Directions for Baked Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the oats until smooth.

  3. Stir in oats and mix until totally combined.

  4. Pour mixture into a greased 8 x 8 pan. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
