Pumpkin pie is a holiday favorite. Have a little dessert in the morning all year round with baked pumpkin pie oatmeal!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 dash of vanilla extract
1 dashes of pumpkin pie spice
1 dashes of nutmeg
1 dashes of cinnamon
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon melted butter

Recipe Directions for Baked Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

  1. Combine the ingredients from oats to cinnamon.

  2. Bake for 10 minutes at 375, remove from oven.

  3. Mix together remaning 3 ingredients.

  4. Top oatmeal with almond mixture. Bake for 10 more minutes.
