Recipe Ingredients for baked pumpkin meal

1 cup (1" cubes) Pumpkin
0.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
100 grams Apples
1 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for baked pumpkin meal

  1. Cut pumkin and apple into thin stripes

  2. Boil rice untill it half cooked, drain

  3. Mix in oven proof boil raisins, rice, pumpkin and apple (you can add some cinnamon also)

  4. Add 5 tbs of water

  5. Put in the oven preheated to 170 C for 1 hour

  6. Stir form time to time during cooking
