Tasty alternative to fried donuts!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pumpkin Donuts

3/4 cup milk
1 1/8 tsp yeast
1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup pumpkin
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Baked Pumpkin Donuts

  1. Combine warm milk + sugar + yeast + melted butter in bread maker. Let stand for 10 minutes

  2. Add egg and whisk

  3. Top with flour, cinnamon, nutmeg salt and pumpkin puree.

  4. Set on "dough" setting

  5. Roll dough and shape into donuts and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10minutes.

  6. Optional: Once donuts are finished baking, dust with powdered sugar or brush/spray with butter and sprinkle on mixture of sugar + cinnamon
