Recipe Ingredients for Baked Prosciutto and Egg Cups

6 slices Prosciutto
6 large Egg, Whole
2 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Prosciutto and Egg Cups

Line each tin with the prosciutto then half the cheese and basil. Put an egg in each tin, dd the rest of egg & basil. Bake at 375 degree until set, about 15 min; let rest for 5 minutes. Run knife around edges to release. Serves 6
