Recipe Ingredients for Baked Potato Wedges

3 large Yukon Gold potatoes, for baking
2 tbsp olive oil
1 Paprika to taste
1 Salt to taste
1 Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Baked Potato Wedges

  1. Heat oven to 425ºF.

  2. Pour olive oil into 13x9x2 pan.

  3. Scrub potatoes. Cut potatoes lengthwise into quarters. Blot cut edges with paper towel. Put potatoes in pan. Turn to coat evenly with oil, leaving potatoes cut sides up in single layer. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper.

  4. Bake at 425ºF for 30 to 40 minutes or until fork tender. Serve plain or with sour cream. Add extra salt and pepper, if desired.
