Recipe Ingredients for Baked Potato Soup

8 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
6 oz ICBINB! Light (Soft)
0.67 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.75 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Spices Ground White Pepper
4 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
8 oz Fat Free Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Baked Potato Soup

  1. Directions

  2. Bake potatoes at 350 for 65-75 minutes or until tender; cool completely. Peel and cube potatoes.

  3. In a large saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; whisk in sour cream. Add potatoes and green onions. Optional: Garnish with bacon and cheese. Yield: 10 servings.
