Recipe Ingredients for Baked Potato Soup

1 1/2 cups baked potato flesh
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 tablespoons butter

Recipe Directions for Baked Potato Soup

  1. Scoop out flesh from baked potatoes (about 2 small) and mash with butter.

  2. Add milk and half and half.

  3. Puree with immersion blender.

  4. Heat and add salt to taste.

  5. If solids are a problem, put through a strainer.
